The Creative Asset Coordinator is a general support to the Brand & Marketing Creative team to meet various administrative needs for the creative process. You will be responsible for team assistant service and clerical support, including licensor submissions, filing of reports and correspond on a day-to-day request. 

What You’ll Do
  • Handle licensor submissions & communication for our Brand & Marketing Creative team, including:
o Social media posts, videos, marketing announcements, and any other submission where a licensor is needed for approval or notes.  
  • Clearly communicate strategy (if available) with licensors and external parties.
  • Communicate with artists and production staff in a professional demeanor, balancing Funko creative team point of view with external Licensor requirements
  • Take notes during meetings and distribute to the team in a timely manner
  • Communicate updates to Associate Manager, Creative Operations and Manager, Creative Operations
  • Take on new challenges as needed in order to support the Brand & Marketing Creative team or as the Funko business needs change.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably working directly with or for creative teams
  • Self-directed and proactive – asks questions to resolve problems.
  • Polished and professional demeanor while also approachable and collaborative, and able to adapt to changing timelines and priorities in a deadline-driven creative environment.
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
  • Proactive and positive thinker
  • Extremely high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential intellectual property and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company.
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate deliverables, and able to take initiative to meet deadlines.
  • Software requirements: Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating with executive leadership if needed.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong research and planning skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Experience in Asana is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience with licensed products and licensor portals is a bonus but not required.
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $24.27 - 30.28 hourly.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment 
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
