Description

The Order Entry Coordinator is responsible for entering all customer orders in the system (D365) accurately and on time. He / She handles a variety of transactional and operational transactions in partnership with designated members of the KAC / BTB Customer Service Teams.  The Order Entry Coordinator assists with any administration tasks required, processing orders, and resolving discrepancies.  This role holder is also responsible for providing excellent customer service.
 
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Work as part of the team to process sales orders in the system (D365) accurately and on time in alignment with the fulfilment policy.
  • To assist Team & Tier Leads to meet or exceed tier-level KPI’s.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving incentive goals.
  • Unclean order management for their sales orders.
  • Assist Tier Lead to maintain the tiers email folders within the order entry inbox.
  • Provide administrative assistance to both the Team and Tier leads.
