The role
We are looking for a Broker Sales Manager.
This role sits within the Broker team, which manages our introducer relationships, and subsequent lending through these partners. You will be managing a team tasked with maintaining and growing broker relationships, as well as processing and managing subsequent lending opportunities through our pipeline.

What will you be doing?
  • Coaching and managing your team to achieve their weekly/monthly goals, and tracking performance against these targets
  • Managing and strategising for the growth of the accounts that sit within your team and driving KPIs to support this growth
  • Playing a leading role in your team’s learning and development journeys
  • Providing team members with regular feedback, holding 1:1s, KPI reviews and call coaching/ shadowing sessions
  • Joining Broker meetings with your team where required, and forging relationships with some of our biggest Broker accounts
  • Support and manage escalations, identifying and delivering resolutions, whilst forging strong internal stakeholder relationships
  • Being a leader and displaying strong leadership qualities consistent with FC values, and contributing to the Introducers team strategy 
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a sales and/or customer success environment. Experience working with a complex product as a Team Leader/Manager 
  • Experience in the broker industry and/or fintech experience is preferred
  • Able to connect easily with others and demonstrate natural interpersonal & leadership skills
  • Able to coach and mentor sales people and quickly analyse and interpret KPIs, through a data driven approach
  • Motivated by success, and able to inspire your team to achieve your targets
  • Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Proactive and eager to bring new ideas to drive the performance of your team
