The role
We are looking for a CRM Executive or Senior CRM Executive to join our team. 
We are responsible for our customer communications and marketing automation across the customer lifecycle. We operate across a range of marketing channels but have a particular expertise in email.

What will you be doing?
  • Leading the development and build of CRM projects and communications to support a range of lifecycle stages for our products. You are likely to be working to drive applications, support funnel conversion, gather insights on customer experience, deliver onboarding or offboarding as part of the role
  • Working with CRM stakeholders, analytic and data partners to define our audience segmentation approaches and contact strategies for both manual and automated campaigns
  • Measuring results, proposing optimisations and making change happen - this is more than a campaign delivery role and you will have scope to reform and improve our customer messaging approaches
  • The opportunity to lead one of our products CRM processes and take ownership
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for 
  • A growth mindset, you’ll be driven, smart and able to think on your feet
  • Email marketing channel know-how (2+ years) with a strong sense of how to deliver CRM campaigns ‘hands on’ via an ESP or customer engagement tool - knowledge of at least one platform is essential and some knowledge of HTML is preferred
  • A solid understanding of the data requirements of a CRM campaign and the challenges that lie therein
  • Appreciative of creative and an ability to create thoughtful customer messaging
  • An interest in SME business finance and the ability to connect with the product types and thought patterns involved in the sector
