Personal Assistant
We are looking for a Personal Assistant in our People team.
The focus of the Assistant team is to support the Leaders of the business to become efficient and effective at their leadership positions. Using your organisational, logistical and problem-solving skills they aim to bring fresh perspectives to current processes so that Leaders can better utilise their time and resources. 
Please note, the minimum expectation for office attendance is three days per week in our central London office.

The role 

This is a 1:4 PA role supporting at ExCo level, reporting into the current Executive Assistant.

  • Diary and inbox management for CTO, CRO and 2 MD's
  • Booking travel, accommodation and transfers, including any lunch/dinner reservations as required
  • Arranging and attending Management and Leadership meetings as required, taking notes and minutes enabling succinct and accurate transfer of information 
  • Planning and coordinating Leadership team on-sites and off-sites including arranging venues, catering and note taking
  • Assisting the Internal Communications team in organising weekly gatherings for the business
  • Processing expenses and managing budgets for the team
  • Minute taking, revising finished documents, creating briefings and agendas
  • Deputising for the Executive Assistant, as required
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
What we’re looking for 
  • Experience in a PA/Team Assistant capacity
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Confident with excellent written skills, able to respond accurately and appropriately to a range of stakeholders
  • Able to build strong relationships with ease and can work confidently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible, discreet and with excellent attention to detail
