Product Analyst
We are looking for an analyst to work with our Product Analytics team supporting the growth of the FlexiPay and Credit Card products. Please note that there is an expectation that this role will be in our London office a minimum of two to three days per week, and the successful candidate needs to be able to attend the office more if required.

The role 
  • Play a key role in shaping and scaling FlexiPay and Credit cards into core products for Funding Circle
  • Work with key stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing and Technology teams to define and monitor the key metrics driving the success of these product
  • Collaborate with Product teams to understand who are customers are, how they engage with the product and test new features to aid rapid product iterations
  • Work alongside our senior analysts to drive acquisition growth and improve customer engagement
  • Understand the economic drivers of our products and support product valuations and forecasting 
  • Collaborate with our Data team to test new data products and ensure help embed their use in analytics and reporting

 

What we’re looking for 
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/finance related field required
  • At least 1 years’ experience in analytics with financial services ideally on credit card or other revolving lending products preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including marketing and technology preferred
  • Coding background with SQL and Python.  Familiarity with Tableau and work on AWS data platform preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills using logical reasoning and analytical methods combined with the ability to explain work to management and non-technical stakeholders
  • Open minded, collaborative, great to interact with
