We are seeking a strong and motivated Sr. UI/UX designer to join our multicultural, creative and fast-paced team in Eindhoven. As Sr. UI/UX designer for our cloud solutions, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of product capabilities that are easy to use and visually appealing and engaging. You will work closely with global customers, product and engineering leads and teams across our international R&D centers in Dallas, Ottawa, Tel Aviv and Pune to deliver cybersecurity solutions that protect our customer’s networks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Scrum environment, working closely with Product Owners to gather requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and analyze results to inform design decisions and create user-centered architectures and designs.
- Collect feedback using surveys, interviews, document analysis, site visits, use cases, scenarios, and competitive product analysis.
- Lead the design process from ideation to final design, collaborating with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Use design thinking methodologies to create full mockups of user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience.

- Creating original design, typography, iconography, and art for digital screens centered around modern & industry-trending designs.
- Ensure consistency and quality of design output, and maintain design standards.
Requirements:
Professional skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or equivalent field or work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX research and design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and process.
- Experience working in a Scrum environment, leading design sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or equivalent.
- Understanding of frontend development to foster a strong partnership with our developers.
Personal skills:
- Team player, experienced in working with global teams in a Scrum/Agile team.
- High degree of independence, ownership, and responsibility.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong written and especially verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
