Fingerpaint Group’s market access solutions, Fingerpaint Market Access builds a comprehensive market access plan that can generate optimal access across a product’s lifecycle from strategy development through creative execution.

Objectives of This Role:
The Market Access Consultant reports to a member of our senior team and is responsible for supporting the research, development, and project execution of client engagements. The Market Access Consultant is required to collaborate with a project team to analyze client issues, research and validate potential solutions, and create deliverables that conform to standards for final work product. The Market Access Consultant must be capable of managing multiple tasks across a variety of functional needs with an emphasis on attention to detail.   
 Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliverable production – Produce high quality project deliverables including but not limited to client presentations, research summaries, and payer/reimbursement-focused marketing material
  • Research – Participate in the development of project research materials including analysis plans, surveys, discussion guides, and other data collection instruments to conduct primary and secondary research on topics of interest in the field of healthcare reimbursement
  • Communication – Communicate effectively with internal teams to deliver project’s requirements
  • Team participation – Collaborate as part of a project team to execute against project requirements
  • Adaptability –Be flexible in work schedule as project duties require, and manage any change requests related to the working project plans daily to meet the agreed upon deadlines
  • Information management – Maintain the security of sensitive company and client information at all times
  • Policy and procedures – Abide by policies and procedures in the administration of job responsibilities
  • Other duties as required
Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years in life sciences consulting or other professional services organization (e.g., advertising agency, market research firm) focused on the U.S. payer environment
OR
  • 2-3 years in a role in biopharma company focused on the U.S. payer environment (e.g., Managed Markets, Payer Strategy, Account Management, Market Access) coupled with consulting experience
  • Possesses experience and abilities in the following areas: market access strategy, pricing and reimbursement strategy, payer value proposition development, market research, payer marketing collateral development, contracting strategy, pull-through planning, and commercialization of drugs
  • Creates high-quality PowerPoint slides quickly, effectively, and autonomously, in accordance with style guidelines and templates
  • Conducts primary and secondary research and consolidates findings in a clear and comprehensive manner
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills through the proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives and timelines are met efficiently and effectively
  • Proficiency in navigating the management consulting cycle of creating project deliverables, quality checking work, reviewing with project management/leadership, incorporating edits and feedback
  • Superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills (sample will be required)
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment as a member of a high performing, team-based organization
  • Undergraduate BA or BS degree required. Graduate MS, MA, PhD, or MBA degrees are preferred
