Job Summary:
The HRIS Analyst I is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the HR Systems. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will report to the People Services Technology Manager, working closely with the HR, Payroll and IT teams. This position may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain systems administration and data integrity of HR core systems – including process mapping, data acquisition, communication/change planning, functional testing, business rules maintenance, knowledge management
  • Partner with HR, IT and business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with project implementation as assigned
  • Conduct regularly scheduled process and data audits, coordinate data clean-up with responsible parties
  • Troubleshoot data issues between company systems as it relates to HR business processes
  • Create and produce data reports and notifications to support business processes
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize human resource data and trends into meaningful reports and dashboards
  • Identify HR systems training needs for Global HR and functional teams
  • Conduct user training on HR systems, modules and processes
  • Prepare documentation, user guides and job aids
  • Assist in the management and reporting of HR programs
  • Support HR functional and regional teams with projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required
  • English proficiency required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and two to four years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Report writing, data analysis and system administration skills are required
  • Experience with HR/Payroll systems (preferably SuccessFactors) required
Desired Characteristics:
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, presentation, project management skills (both creation and management of plan)
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve, determine viable solutions and make recommendations
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with varying deadlines and levels of priority and interact effectively at all levels of an organization
*The role will be supporting regions out of Asia. Thus, do note that the incumbent will be required to work on night shift.
