Job Summary:
The Mobilisation Coordinator will organize the mobilization and demobilization of field employees.  Coordinators will update the company databases as appropriate on a daily basis ensuring accurate employee and job status and financial information. The Mobilisation Coordinator will serve as a liaison to the Processing and Business Ops Specialists, Field Operations, HR and Finance. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Mobilizing and demobilizing crew to and from site (flight, hotel, car reservations, etc.) for various projects, throughout Australia. This includes the management and tracking of these mobilizations. 
  • Covering weekend request for mobilizations and complex bookings of craft
  • Review of employee qualifications and ensure all pre-mobilization requirements are met prior to personnel mobilizing to site. 
  • Coordinate training, PPE and site inductions for workforce when required 
  • Supporting field staff with any queries related to jobs, Immigration and travel requirements, new systems
  • Meet with travel vendors on a regular basis to update them on the forecasting outages and the needed help for manage the travels arrangement
  • Participating in boardwalk calls with Service managers, Resource Managers and other Field Service Coordinators
  • Project set ups in internal system for immigration purposes
  • Assisting Service Managers and Resource Managers as and when required in system updates
  • Assisting self-bookers whenever needed (e.g. company credit card not working)
  • Reconciliation of company credit cards used for craft bookings
  • Supporting general office administrative duties as and when required
  • Supporting other departments (immigration, finance, etc.) based on the internal regulations of the home office
  • Support segment conferences and/or training events
  • Travel may be required
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
 Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Two years relevant work experience in field operations, customer service or office administration role desired.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Must be proficient in systems such as Ariba, Enable, Rapid, ISN, Quickbase, Perceptive, Diary Direct
  • Applicants will be required to have Australian working rights.
