Members of our Authentication Team are experts in ultra-luxury authentication. Regardless of prior experience, you may be a fit, as each team member undergoes rigorous training and evaluation through our proprietary program. Our program uses our "Graveyard" of collected counterfeits, and a combination of hands-on and technology-based techniques to verify authenticity. Before any item is posted to the FASHIONPHILE website or sold through one of our Flagship locations, it's inspected by our highly qualified authenticators who specialize in specific brand names and is certified authentic. The Marketing Communications team, including our Creative Design and Content Production teams, leads our end-to-end strategic marketing efforts including brand marketing, PR, social media, email marketing, editorial storytelling, marketing photography, graphic design, and content production.
The Digital Marketing Team manages PPC, SEM, SEO, and affiliate marketing for customer acquisition and site merchandising campaign activation, and markets irresistible shopping and selling experiences to our target customers.
All operations, product development, communication, marketing, and customer acquisition begin with data and are measured by data provided by our Data Science and Analytics Team.

Our Fine Jewelry and Watch Team is made up of several highly specialized roles that complement the Procurement Specialists, including Gemologists, Bench Jewelers, and Watchmakers.
Our Gemologists confirm that each piece meets the designer's purity standards, all materials are genuine, and the piece is authentic to the brand using state-of-the-art lab equipment.
Our Bench Jewelers and Refinishers repair, clean, and maintain each Fine Jewelry item as needed.
Our Horologist/Watchmakers authenticate and repair each watch. Every member of this team plays a critical role in confirming the authenticity of each piece we buy and sell.
