About the Opportunity:
The Luxury Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering a client experience at the highest level and understands the importance of following a company mission and vision while delivering results. This person has a passion for luxury goods and has a strong client-centric philosophy. Flexible to work traditional Retail operating hours that may include weekends, evenings and holidays at our Chelsea, NY Flagship. Responsibilities include: 
  • Provide a best in class luxury experience. Includes a warm welcome, tour of facility, ipad set up, and support throughout shopping and selling experience. This is measured by established conversion and client satisfaction goals.
  • Clienteling Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Goals Through Required Outreach: Previous weeks appointments, BOPS, SF Scheduler follow up, Geo Targeted Online Clients. Build and maintain a personal book of clients through establishing relationships 1-10-30 cadence.
  • Follow inventory guidelines (product location, tethering items for security), overall visual standards (tags tucked in, straps tucked in, and displays being returned to the proper area after showing to clients.) and daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Provides excellent service including: answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments and managing drop offs.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma
  • Extensive customer service experience in the retail space
  • Sales experience
  • Proven ability to build strong and long lasting customer relationships
  • Basic knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation:

Pay Rate:
This position begins at $20.00/HR for a New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Chelsea, NY Flagship location + uncapped commission.
