About the Opportunity:
Fashionphile is seeking a Part Time luxury Sales Specialist for our Irvine, CA location. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You'll embody our company's mission and vision while achieving sales targets through a client-centric approach. Flexibility to work traditional retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, is required.
- Delivering a best-in-class luxury experience, encompassing a warm welcome, facility tour, iPad setup, and ongoing support throughout the shopping and selling journey (Success is measured by established conversion and client satisfaction metrics).
- Engaging in clienteling activities to meet sales goals, including outreach to previous week's appointments, BOPS, SF Scheduler follow-ups, and targeted online clients. You'll cultivate and maintain a personal client base through consistent relationship-building efforts.
- Adhering to inventory guidelines, maintaining visual standards, and executing daily opening and closing procedures with precision.
- Providing exceptional service by managing phone inquiries, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and facilitating drop-offs.
- Completing other assigned duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in customer service and sales within the retail sector.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of high-end luxury handbags and accessories.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.

Compensation:
Pay Rate: This position begins at $18.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Irvine, CA location + uncapped commission.
