The Role
We are seeking an organized and resourceful Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. You will be responsible for supporting the EZRA Marketing team with technology, data, and the operationalization of marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
The Team
This role reports to the Director, Global Go-To-Market Ops
 
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Build a global strategic roadmap to enhance the entire lead journey from initial contact to customer acquisition. 
  • Serve as the marketing project manager for global and regional campaigns, overseeing projects from inception through execution and measurement. 
  • Manage all aspects of lead routing and territory management within Salesforce for revenue-generating teams. 
  • Lead and manage the strategy and technical changes within the marketing tech stack (Pardot, Qualified, Google Analytics) related to system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. 
  • Partner closely with regional marketing leaders, establishing standardized analytics reviews globally to provide the team with actionable and relevant data and insights. 
  • Develop and manage global marketing dashboards and standardize reporting to accurately measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Insights team to surface relevant macro-level marketing trends and data to optimize marketing spend and attribution. 
  • Provide support and training to sales teams to ensure effective utilization of all marketing tools and platforms.
  • Streamline the lead management process from trade shows, events, and other marketing campaigns into CRM.  
  • Build and implement marketing automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency, including maintaining and optimizing forms and conducting regular list cleanups.

About You

You have:

  • Proven experience of 4+ years as a Marketing Operations Manager or in a similar role within Revenue Operations. 
  • Familiarity with Pardot or similar marketing platforms.
  • 2 years of experience performing complex analysis using Excel.
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM for reporting and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating and reporting insights and trends to marketing leaders.
  • Proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude with a commitment to getting the job done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
