The Role
To aid our rapidly expanding growth, we are looking for a Trial Coordinator to help us launch EZRA experiences for prospective and existing customers. In this role you will facilitate the showcasing of EZRA's key propositions and solutions, whilst providing a seamless world class customer service experience to clients looking to contract with us.

You'll be joining our high performing EMEA Sales team, and will work cross-functionally with other departments including delivery, marketing and technical support. This role reports into the VP Enterprise Acquisition. 


What you’ll do
  • Work with the sales team to provide an effective and proactive product Trial experience to prospective accounts who are looking to have practical exposure to EZRA's propositions
  • Be an extension of the EZRA brand and help prospective customers understand how EZRA can partner with their organisation
  • Check-in with client stakeholders and provide data and insights to the Sales team post-trial, to ensure a detailed and thorough implementation as we move forward with partnerships
  • Project manage the client onboarding set-up, and support our Customer Success Managers in providing opportunity for growth with existing customers
  • Be a point of contact and support the CSM on executing deliverables and reaching milestones 
  • Proactively work with customers and our sellers to understand what success looks like and facilitate an experience that will resonate with what they are trying to achieve through their EZRA experience
  • Plan and prepare for client debriefs, compiling account reporting including PPT presentations and data analysis to provide data insights and trends
  • Participate in all aspects of EZRA's CSM community (training, systems, processes)
 
About you 
  • You have 2+ years experience in an Administration / Operations / Customer Success position or a similar role, ideally working directly with prospective and existing clients
  • You are experienced in working cross-functionally with other departments particularly Sales, Customer Success and Delivery Operations
  • You have an understanding of how to align outputs to the need of a customer in line with business strategies 
  • You are passionate about innovation and looking at better ways to work
  • You are proficient in reporting and the creation of visuals/graphics to showcase results
