General Summary:

The ideal candidate would have demonstrated experience creating a global growth strategy and plan for global countries / territories.   
The candidate will work closely with the eXp Global & Growth team to help build the eXp brand outside of the United States & Canada, with a focus on building a growth program for nurturing prospective agent and broker relationships in future and current locations. This will be accomplished through written communications, meetings, engagement events, tours of our virtual world, follow up and discussions. 
The purpose of the Growth Team is to increase the rate of agent acquisition, retention and revenue by optimizing products/services and inventing new channels.  It drives process improvement to maximize attraction/retention in all areas and marketing for impactful messaging.   


Major Duties & Responsibilities:  
The VP, Global Growth , will lead collaboration among eXp departments and countries, creating a positive culture of cooperation, innovation and growth-oriented change.  They will ensure company growth goals are met or exceeded by identifying opportunities, inciting new ideas and improving processes/policies company-wide in partnership with other company leaders, staff and agents. 
Agent Growth & Attraction: 
  • Define, own and implement a repeatable and scalable Growth Program including engagement events, country programs and other unique attraction ideas. 
  • Work closely with the regional directors and country leadership to monitor, hold accountable, and build the country pipeline and achieve forecasted numbers  
  • Work with marketing to run lead nurturing program in company CRM (currently Hubspot) for all incoming requests and questions 
  • Report regularly on pipeline projections to senior management 
  • Standardize prospective agent/brokerage process that engages our tools and systems 
  • Develop and execute growth strategies. Create effective growth strategies, including agent attraction and retention. They must also be able to execute those strategies and implement them correctly. 
  • Analyze data. Be able to analyze data to make informed decisions about the company’s growth. This includes analyzing behavior, aNPS, trends, and other data that could provide insight into the company’s performance. 
  • Collaborate. Be able to work closely with all country leaders and teams to ensure their growth strategy is implemented and optimized for success. This includes working closely with product, marketing, operations, and agent service teams. 
  • Collaborate with Global Agent Advisory Council and Country Councils, ONE eXp and other Agent-led organizations 


New Country Strategy: 
  • Ownership of new country pipeline and reporting 
  • Engage prospective agents and brokers of future countries to keep the pipeline active and engaged 
  • Build and propose new country opening plans to leadership based on interest, strategy and market variables 
  • Determine key milestone timelines for expansion into additional countries  
  • Ensure training options and pre-launch access for upcoming markets are provided 


How you will grab our attention:  
BA, BS or equivalent experience is preferred, not required 
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate required 
  • 5+ years of experience in a real estate leadership role preferred 
  • Project management experience and group leadership experience preferred 
  • International Real Estate related or Sales experience 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills (including platform training skills) 
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, contribute positively to the team, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment  
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience and/or Google Suite required 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience and/or Google Suite required 
  • Advanced Mac and PC experience

The total base pay for this position starts at $165,000 per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market up to $190,000 per year in our highest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role
