Overview 
Exabeam is a global cybersecurity leader in a phase of rapid growth, and we are looking for a talented and driven Recruiter to join our team. You will be instrumental in scaling our organization across all regions. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strategic partner to the business, managing the full-cycle recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will be a key player in finding and hiring the talent that will shape the future of Exabeam. 
What You’ll Do 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success).
  • Act as a strategic partner and talent advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on best practices from the initial role kick-off to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-caliber candidates.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a positive and professional interaction with Exabeam.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and other recruiting tools to manage candidate progression and report on key hiring metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes and strengthening our employer brand 
What You'll Bring
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company.

  • Demonstrated success in hiring for a diverse set of corporate functions (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, G&A).

  • Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative methods.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and influence hiring managers.

  • Experience managing a busy pipeline of roles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite is a strong plus.

  • A passion for building great teams and a commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Prior agency recruiting experience is highly desirable.
