In this role, you will participate in month end close activities, including the preparation and review of monthly reconciliations. You will be able to use your research skills to help design, implement, maintain and manage all related processes and functions. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Responsible for accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures for certain key balance sheet and income statement accounts, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses.
- Evaluate, document, calculate and reconcile internal software capitalization.
- Prepare global consolidation, flux analysis and review of international reporting packages.
- Record intercompany transactions and provide support for international subsidiary audits.
- Perform SOX compliance procedures.
- Prepare and provide support for certain SEC reporting requirements.
- Work with external auditors to ensure communication of accurate and timely information for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Ensure all accounting practices comply with established accounting principles.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information, developing strong cross-functional relationships.
- Participate in accounting projects as needed.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and be able to document detailed workflow.
- Continually analyze areas of responsibility for process improvement opportunities and prioritize implementation.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting. CPA is a plus.
- 4 to 6 years of progressive professional accounting experience. Public accounting experience is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of US GAAP.
- Able to think critically and articulate issues to management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated to grow with the Company and ability to adapt to change.

- This position reports to Sr. Accounting Manager.
Compensation & Total Rewards:
The expected pay range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
