We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Lead with Aesthetic Industry experience to drive our brand presence and growth across Australia. In this role, you’ll take the lead in localizing and executing global marketing strategies, ensuring brand alignment, and driving product success. You’ll be hands-on in delivering impactful campaigns, engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs), and supporting product launches—all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to make a measurable impact in the market. Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Forecasting & Responsibility for Brand P&L
- Drive Localization & Execution:
- Adapt and gain approval for promotional materials and assets to resonate with the local market.
- Identify and implement any Australian-specific digital content for online platforms, ensuring consistency with global branding.
- Lead the execution of targeted digital campaigns, including email marketing, banner advertising, SEM, and social media—leveraging global content and tailoring it for local impact.
- Strategic Brand & Market Alignment:
- Lead the collaborative relationship with International Brand Marketing Leads to ensure that all country assets, messaging, claims, and materials align with international branding—creating a cohesive and consistent marketing strategy.
- Work closely with the International Medical Affairs team to support the tactical execution of Medical Education initiatives in Australia.
- Partner with the International Professional Education team to drive the local execution of Professional Education programs, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Event & KOL Management:
- Develop and manage the in-country Congress & Conference strategy, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand advocacy and industry influence.
- Oversee compliance approvals for Speaker contracts, collaborating closely with Medical Affairs when needed.
- Country Marketing Plan & Sales Enablement:
- Lead the development and execution of product launches in Australia, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring approaches for local market success.
- Partner with International Brand Leaders to develop and execute the Country Marketing Plan, aligning local needs with global objectives.
- Lead product training and coaching for the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the right materials, messaging, and confidence to drive success.
- Compliance & Market Regulations:
- Ensure all in-market materials meet online and offline local regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, brand leadership, consumer marketing, or pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into impactful strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions, fostering alignment in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working within a matrix organization, demonstrating agility and influence.
- Digital marketing expertise is a plus, with an ability to leverage digital tools for market engagement.
