Position Summary: 
 
We are looking for an energetic, experienced, hardworking Manager, Asset Management to support network growth, improvement projects, commissioning, and operational activities across our nationwide EVSE network. The Site and Program Operations Manager will join a growing Asset Management organization focused on strengthening and growing EVgo’s EVSE network through strong leadership, resource management, account management, technical problem solving and data analysis.   
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Own vendor and resource management to drive operational success.
  • Consistently collect and present data from campaigns, commissioning and other corrective work and create reports through SiteTracker and other systems.
  • Manage programs from start to finish focusing on quality, data collection and resource management. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and operationalizing new EVSE equipment. 
  • Manage delegation of tasks and responsibilities with the goal of timely and successful completion.  
  • Proactively work with cross-functional stakeholders to remove barriers that delay resolutions. Communicate effectively between departments; customer care, marketing, engineering, etc. providing support or routing information. 
  • Escalate complex or specialized service requests and incidents to the relevant teams, maintaining ownership to ensure problem resolution. 
  • Organize and lead equipment improvement projects to maintain and improve the charging network. Coordinate campaigns by preparing all necessary resources to ensure proper resource allocation, training and execution by internal and external teams.  
  • Deploy hardware and software solutions to understand business requirements and technology standards.   
Qualifications: 
  • 5-10 years’ experience in project management, account management, or EVSE maintenance.
  • A four-year college degree, or equivalent, in business administration, engineering or computer science, information systems. 
  • Experience leading accounts or projects end-to-end, including contract management. Skilled at managing multiple projects/accounts and setting priorities.  
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, is preferred.
  • Strong project management and cross-collaboration skills. Skilled at managing multiple projects/accounts and setting priorities. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and personal organizational skills. 
  • EV or EVSE experience, a plus
  • Experience managing, supporting and deploying network infrastructures. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including late night, weekend or on-call; up to 25% local travel. Able to travel to Los Angeles quarterly. 
  • Expert computer, scientific and organizational skills with experience with Salesforce and Excel. 
The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $110,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
