Wage Range: $131,685 - $210,704 per year

- Assists with unit organization and management within established policies, procedures, standards of care, budgetary parameters and long-range objectives.
- Performs specific leadership functions related to clinical practice, education, and/or management as delegated by and in collaboration with the Nursing Director.
- Coordinates and participates in patient care utilizing the nursing process; delegates and accepts responsibility for the level of care provided by those under his/her direction.
- Provides support to the unit management team to ensure strong workflow processes and infrastructures that promote efficient and effective quality patient care. Support is provided to all staff any day and any shift as determined by need/demand.
- Demonstrates and maintains effective communication/collaboration skills within the interdisciplinary health care team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- 4 years of experience in an inpatient care setting (Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, OB Emergency Department and/or OB Operating Room)
- 2 years of experience in leadership role in an inpatient care setting such as Charge Nurse, Mentor, or Educator
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification by start date
- NRP certification within 3 months of hire date
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and JC regulations and requirements
- OB applicable nursing certification
- Demonstrated understanding of financial management and a commitment to the provision of cost-effective health care.
