This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.

About the Role:

As a Security Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Enphase Security Operations team, responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining security capabilities that protect Enphase from evolving cyber threats. You will work across endpoint security, threat detection and response, cloud security, security automation, and incident investigation to strengthen the organization's overall security posture.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage and optimize CrowdStrike endpoint protection solutions to ensure robust threat prevention, detection, and response capabilities.
  • Leverage XDR platforms to monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to security threats across enterprise environments.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain SIEM platforms to identify and respond to security events and incidents.
  • Develop and enhance SOAR playbooks and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency and incident response.
  • Conduct threat intelligence analysis and dark web monitoring to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and indicators of compromise.
  • Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Support digital forensic investigations and evidence collection during security incidents.
  • Monitor and enhance AWS cloud security using services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, Shield, AWS WAF, and other security-native controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security monitoring, alerting, detection use cases, and response processes.
  • Establish and maintain security monitoring use cases, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
  • Support security assessments, vulnerability management, and continuous security improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to IoT security monitoring initiatives, including agent and agentless monitoring of IoT gateways and devices, ensuring security best practices are followed.


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, or Cybersecurity Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon or similar EDR/XDR platforms.
  • Experience implementing and managing SIEM and SOAR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of threat intelligence, threat hunting, and incident response methodologies.
  • Experience investigating security incidents and implementing preventive measures.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud security services, including GuardDuty, Security Hub, Shield, and AWS WAF.
  • Understanding of digital forensics principles and investigative techniques.
  • Exposure to IoT security monitoring and detection technologies is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • CompTIA Security+
  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty
