This hands-on position is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned aircraft projects.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accept full ownership of assigned projects from pre-planning to delivery of aircraft projects
- Manage projects by scheduling and assigning work for team members and monitoring day-to-day activities of team members for compliance and quality performance.
- Oversee, complete, and maintain accurate & timely aircraft and project documentation
- Direct the fit, modification, and necessary repairs of aircraft interior components
- Lead fabrication of interior parts from scratch as well as cutting, fitting, and trimming of carpet and flooring
- Support, maintain, and comply with all environmental, health, safety, federal, OSHA, state and local regulations.
- Assist in professional and on job training for all team members, keeping updated records of training requirements met and needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

Other requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or Airport requirements
- Must possess minimum tooling required to perform duties assigned
- Thorough knowledge of FARs 43, 91, 135, 145
- Five plus years Aircraft interior removal and install experience
- Previous leadership role and supervisory experience necessary
