To keep employees refreshed and ready to bring their best to the workplace, we offer several forms of leave, including paid time off, holidays, parental/bonding leave, up to 16 hours of volunteer leave, and a four-week paid sabbatical after completion of the fifth year of service.

Retirement Benefits Planning

We match employee contributions of INR 1800 per month as part of the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) retirement benefit plan. This is governed by Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), India - Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India.

Medical Coverage

We offer two medical plans through Meritain Health that utilize the Aetna Choice POS II network for in-network savings and an exclusive plan through Kaiser Permanente for California employees. These options include an HDHP with a Health Savings Account that can be used to pay for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses with pretax dollars.

Paid Time Off

To keep employees refreshed and ready to bring their best to the workplace, we offer PTO plans that include vacation, personal leave and a minimum of 12 days of sick time. Annual benefits are earned (accrued) on a pay period basis as follows:

  • 0-4 years = 25 days (2.08 days per month)
  • 5+ years = 30 days (2.5 days per month)

Dental and Vision

With two dental plan options through MetLife, and vision coverage provided through VSP, Edelman Financial Engines employees are able to choose the coverage that best suits their needs.

Tuition Reimbursement

We support our employees’ education goals by offering up to INR 40,000 per calendar year reimbursement on approved educational expenses.

401(k) Matching

Our 401(k) plan through Alight Solutions allows active and eligible employees to participate immediately, deferring pretax or Roth after-tax contributions. The company match is dollar for dollar up to 4% of eligible earnings.

Care Coordination

MyQHealth Care Coordinators are available to provide our employees with personalized navigation and support for all benefits and care-related questions, before, during and after any health event.
