Reporting to the Head of Talent, the Director, Talent Experience is responsible for implementing, and sustaining talent programs and initiatives crafted to achieve a best-in-class employee experience. This role supports ongoing program strategy and administration with internal and external resources to develop and deliver employee programs and recognition to a wide variety of audiences. This role coordinates, communicates and monitors ongoing engagement opportunities and events in support of EFE’s ongoing commitment to.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee experience journey mapping, identifying key points of the employee experience.
  • Build and maintain engagement strategy inclusive of key experiences such as new hire on-boarding, recognition, employee and leader engagement opportunities.
  • Create culture building communication and in person events.
  • Develop communication plan for program and event updates.
  • Implement survey tools to enable key listening posts throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Focus on our employment brand efforts by continuing to strengthen our Employee Value Proposition
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent confirmed experience
  • 7-10 years of HR experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Must be flexible and a great teammate.
  • Attention to detail, ability to organize work, and follow-up skills are essential to the successful performance of position responsibilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of Power Point, and Excel
  • Very comfortable with technology and the changing nature of it
  • Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Recognizes when issues need to be communicated.
  • Can thoroughly research subject matter and organize into a presentation.
  • Position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information; must always maintain confidentiality.
