Our Emerging Channels team is responsible for sourcing new client opportunities by creating and maintaining relationships with the Wealth Planning office locations from some of our custodial partnerships. We are currently seeking a Director of Employee Channels Optimization & Operations to join EFE! This individual will help drive aspects of the business strategy, own key elements of the execution and ongoing program support.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and drive strategic and tactical initiatives that optimize overall program business results, along with the field and custodial partner experience
  • Lead and manage the Wealth Planning and operational support elements that are needed for the program
  • Drive the planning and execution of ongoing communications and training elements needed for the program
  • Engage in market and site visits with our custodial partners and the field to help promote business results and deepen relationships
  • Measure and report on the success of referral program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred) or relevant business experience
  • 10+ years of successful financial services sales experience (financial advisor, wholesaler, retail financial consultant, branch manager)
  • Strong investment and/or financial planning experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, listening, and public speaking skills
  • Relevant business development experience in this space is highly advantageous and the ability to bring relationships will be a plus
  • Strong computer competence with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be comfortable with a high-pace of activity and able to travel up to 25% of the time, occasionally on shorter notice
