  • Accountability and Escalation: Hold stakeholders accountable to their budgets and financial commitments, ensuring transparency and rigor in financial reporting. Know when to escalate critical issues to senior management and when to handle challenges independently.
  • Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve financial processes and controls to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Lead initiatives to implement best practices in budget management and financial operations.
  • Program Management: Responsible for creating and managing comprehensive project plans and calendars for budget preparation, reforecasting, and month-end close processes. Ensure alignment and timely execution of finance-related projects across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate a team of financial analysts. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their professional growth and ensure high-quality financial analysis and reporting across the team.
