Responsibilities:
- Observe and assess processes within the Trading team.
- Assist with aspects of day-to-day processing.
- Provide a recommendation and input for resource model for the team based on process observations.
- Assess if additional metrics are needed to measure processes within the team.
Requirements:
- Must be a Rising Sophomore or Junior
- Self-starter and comfortable working in an hybrid environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
