As a Senior Engineer on the Salesforce team, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing new Salesforce features to life and improving end-user satisfaction.
In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we seek the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents. For this Senior Engineer role, we are seeking a candidate with a knack for innovation and a hunger to improve user experiences to help advance data management, customer experience, and sales processes and drive tangible outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Recommend solutions to improve and simplify customer experience
- Provides Tier 3 support and resolution of issues escalated by IT Customer Support
- Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues on a continual basis within Salesforce and integrated systems
- Document technical design using UML, especially Sequence and Use Case diagrams
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of software development experience.
- Multiple Salesforce Architecture or Developer Certifications are preferred
- 3+ years of proven experience developing using APEX, Test Classes and Lightning technologies, REST, APIs, SOQL/SOSL, BULK and Streaming API
- 3+ Experience integrating systems using ETL tool such as SnapLogic
- Able to deploy Salesforce solutions using automated test and release, e.g. Copado, SalesforceDX
