We are looking for a Development Lead with a deep understanding of the art of developing scalable data-rich applications. If you are interested in building complex data visualizations and doing state-of-the-art data analysis alongside a team of some of the best engineers and scientists in the energy industry, then you will love working at Enverus.
The Team:
You will join the Business Automation organization, which builds our back-office automation software. Come join the team and help pioneer Enverus’s mission to provide a complete solution that helps to streamline and accelerate vendor collaboration and payment process.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the team that does full-stack development and maintenance of our services built with Typescript, Node.js, Java, and Kotlin.
- Influence design and user experience of our applications.
- Contribute to scoping, estimating, and planning projects.
- Lead code reviews, API design reviews, or technical reviews of products.
- Oversee project strategies and processes.
- Help to coordinate tasks among team members and teams.
- Participate in end-to-end ownership of the product functionality you work on.
What You Should Have:
- +7 years of software development experience in building modern web applications.
- Experience leading the team and mentoring people.
- Familiarity with common programming languages and technologies used across the whole application stack.
- Excellent understanding of data structure and algorithms.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind building secure and scalable applications.
- Working experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Desire to lead a team of engineers.
