We are currently seeking a GTM Enablement Specialist to join our customer success team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
This Enablement Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of a conversational intelligence tool across key departments including Sales, Marketing, Product, Intelligence, and Customer Success. This individual will ensure a high level of adoption and usage across the organization, with a phased rollout during 2025. In addition to hands-on configuration and data reporting, this role will manage training and enablement activities to optimize the productivity and impact of the tool. Upon successful adoption, the Enablement Specialist will transition into broader enablement responsibilities, supporting a range of initiatives to improve employee productivity and engagement with critical tools and processes.
Initial Focus (First 9-12 Months):
- Tool Adoption and Rollout:
- Lead the phased rollout of the conversational intelligence tool across multiple teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) in 2025.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to configure the tool to meet team-specific needs.
- Conduct team-based training sessions and create enablement materials (videos, guides, and documentation) to support onboarding.
- Work closely with department leaders to drive high adoption and ensure tool utilization aligns with department goals.
- Set up tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor usage, productivity impact, and identify areas for optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and first-line support during the rollout.
- Data, Reporting, and Impact Measurement:
- Establish reporting dashboards and metrics to track tool usage, employee productivity, and ROI.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Product, and Intelligence teams to analyze and interpret tool data, identifying areas for process improvement or optimization.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders, ensuring the tool delivers measurable value across departments.
Post-Rollout Responsibilities:
- Tool Ownership and Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain and optimize the conversational intelligence tool post-launch, ensuring it continues to support team productivity and strategic goals.
- Regularly update and expand training materials and resources to accommodate tool updates and new features.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing adoption, provide support, and communicate new tool capabilities.
- General Enablement Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales trainers, marketing, and product teams to develop and deliver broader enablement programs and materials.
- Aid in the coordination and delivery of training bootcamps, summits, and educational events.
- Manage the enablement content library and ensure all information is current, organized, and accessible to the broader organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure tools and processes align with overall business objectives and enhance team productivity.
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Experience with conversational intelligence tools (Gong, Clari Copilot, Outreach, etc.).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, data reporting, and analytics tools.
- Strong instructional design skills, with an emphasis on creating engaging, user-friendly training materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, with a sense of ownership and urgency to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 + bonus
