We are currently seeking a highly driven Technical Platform Advisor to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team within Customer Success. Performance Objectives 
  • Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Enverus solutions including technical specifications, functionalities, and updates.  
  • Identify and implement innovative learning techniques, such as gamification, simulations, and hands-on labs, to improve learner engagement. Foster a continuous learning environment by designing courses that engage and motivate learners at different stages of their careers. 
  • Lead and instruct both virtual and in-person technical training courses with our customers and internal teams, as needed.  
  • Content: Responsible for developing and maintaining content for certification and education courses, including written materials, multimedia assets, and exams, as needed. This involves ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of the content to meet the learning objectives of the courses. Content created will be for both instructor-led and self-paced courses.  
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to coordinate and define material creation, provide guidance on content design, and ensure that all platform-related educational content is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of both internal stakeholders and customers. 
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to technically assist in Learning & Development demos for prospective clients. 
  • Feedback Collection and Implementation: Act as a conduit for feedback between users (both internal and external) and the platform development teams, prioritizing necessary changes and tracking improvements over time. 
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of certification programs through metrics and learner feedback, making data-driven improvements. 
  • Partner with the Customer Enablement & Business Operations team on the marketing and communications to promote certification programs and drive participation. 
  • Strategic Planning: Aid in developing and implementing plans to improve learning and adoption. 
  • Work with the Customer Success team to resolve any platform-related issues faced by customers and assist with onboarding new customers. 
  • Partner with cross functional business units to create promotional and awareness materials to drive the growth and adoption of L&D across all customers. 
  • Assist in reporting around program data and statistics to program leadership and assists in creating presentations on course data to senior Enverus leadership. 
  • All other duties as assigned by program leadership. 
Competitive Candidate Profile 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Geology, Engineering, Petroleum, Analysis, or other related technical field) 
  • 2+ years in related field 
  • Knowledge of upstream oil and gas industry required 
  • Training experience is preferred 
  • Knowledge of Enverus products preferred  
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies 
  • Experience with LMS software and Salesforce is preferred 
  • Experience in data reporting and Microsoft Office preferred 
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to travel up to 15-20% when needed 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines; Ability to complete assigned tasks 
  • Maintaining a helpful attitude; Able to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
