Operations Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Provides support in the form of day to day leadership, project management, temporary supervision (including shifts), inventory management, production scheduling, maintenance planning, and operator training. Lead outage coordinator and the essential care and condition monitoring coordinator for the operating area, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Reviewing outage work notifications
  • Leading outage meetings
  • Leading and reporting on outage critiques for operations
  • Backup support for weekend duty/evening call


QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent years’ experience with the successful completion of the TABE CRC or Nowlin test
  • A minimum of 5 years of paper making experience
  • Strong knowledge of equipment/process systems
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions
  • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel)
