Position at Dominion VUE / DMS

We are recruiting a talented highly motivated and results-driven Dealer Management System Business Process Analyst to contribute to the growth of a new cloud based DMS at Dominion Dealer Solutions. In this role you will apply analytic rigor to support the technology department operations and KPI reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who is a self-starter with excellent organization, analytical, and technical skills.
About the Role:
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our Agile process.
  • Partner with stakeholders to document current and new processes, implement and monitor measurement systems, and continuously improve processes with data driven feedback.
  • Take a leading role in collecting complex data and analyzing it in order to help others make informed decisions.
  • Play an active role in key processes related to operational readiness and delivery within the broader technology team.
  • Well organized, highly motivated, and process driven with the ability to prioritize and collaborate in a multi-tasking environment.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in a discipline related to business, IT, or equivalent work experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). 
  • 5 years experience working within an Agile software development environment.
  • Proven history of process improvement within a technology department.
  • Familiar with process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, TQM, or PDCA. Certifications are a plus!
  • Experience working within technology processes like Operational Readiness, Triage, and Incident Management.
  • Deep knowledge of office productivity software (MS Office, Google Drive).
  • Experience working with development planning tools like DevOps or JIRA.
  • Expert level diagramming and documentation skills.

This role offers a compensation of approximately $65,000 - $95,000/annually. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc.  Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.  This job posting will stay open until the position is filled or deemed to be no longer necessary.
