Activator Dealer Solutions, a division of Dominion Enterprises, is seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst is charged with ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s sales and supporting tools. The position will support our national sales and services teams by leveraging technology, business process, project management, reporting and analytics.  They will manage sales administration, oversee business analytics and attainment planning, and direct sales force enablement. 

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and will work closely with internal finance, product and development teams and third party vendors.

This position will require directly applicable sales operations and analysis experience within a B2B SaaS Company.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure effective use of HubSpot to include user set up, adoption, administration and project prioritization.
  • Build and optimize sales processes to support data capture/integrity and cross-functional goals/initiatives.
  • With VP of Sales and Sales Directors, define quarterly objectives and help to drive the sales team to meet goals and increase pipeline growth.
  • Identify bottlenecks, make recommendations and take action based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
  • Assist with campaign initiatives to include lead generation, nurture, regional campaigns, and adoption of Activator’s evolving sales tool.  Report on campaign performance. 
  • Ensure the collaboration and data integration between cross-functional teams (sales, services, marketing and finance).
  • Manage reporting and analytics tools; projects and initiatives (sales, marketing, quarterly business review analysis, commissions and account access/set up).
  • Produce and review sales reporting and BI tools for reps, managers, and sales leaders.
  • Support sales on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Develop and manage sales incentive programs and compensation planning.
  • Refine customer and account segmentation. Assist with territory management.
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and training materials.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations and/or business systems preferably in the area of software/technology.
  • Experience building and/or managing a sales operations team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field. 
  • Subject matter expert in HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Sugar, Zoho or other CRM applications.
  • Experience with Excel and visual analysis applications and business intelligence software (e.g. InsightSquared, Power BI, Tableau or similar) as well as contracting tools (PandaDoc, DocuSign, Octiv or similar).
  • Track record in driving change and removing hurdles by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
