stickers and Internet data distribution services. Due to growing demand for our services and the
related software products, we are seeking a Systems Support person to join our team in
Monroe, OH. The successful candidate will respond to end users telephone calls, email and
personnel requests for technical/application support. Additionally, will identify, research, and
resolve technical problems; document, track and monitor the problem to ensure timely
solutions.

• Provide daily support to users in all systems, hardware, and software related issues.
• Hardware/ Software Installation & Support
• MS Office Product Support – Strong Excel Skills (Macros, Graphs, etc)
• Research, Recommend and Procure electronic equipment (PC’s Printers, Digital Cameras,
etc)
• Experience working in a Call Center environment is preferred
• Good problem solving skills communication and organizational skills, team-player.
• Computer skills - especially with PC's in Windows environment
• Strong phone and communication skills
• High energy level

• Effectively handle phone calls from customers answering inquiries by clarifying desired
information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Share information with other team members on how problems or issues were solved
• Maintain constructive relationships with customers and bring to the attention of the
manager any recurrent issues/inquiries
• Support the information needs of the Field Staff and Automotive Customers
• Handling customer service requests remotely (using our powerful remote assistance
platform and industry best ticketing application) from start to finish through the use of
your proficient problem solving attitude, technical acquaintance and top-notch client
interaction skills and ability to help with network management support requests when
required.
• Working on emailed and phone service requests by creating, completing and following up
with the help of our strong ticketing system
• Properly prioritizing support requests and setting reasonable expectations for clients
• Handling customer service requests remotely (using our powerful remote assistance
platform and industry best ticketing application) from start to finish through the use of
your proficient problem solving attitude, technical acquaintance and top-notch client
interaction skills and ability to help with network management support requests when
required.
