Client Success Sales Specialist
Description
Location: Hybrid (3 days in the Norfolk, VA office / 2 days remote)
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume prospecting
- Educate dealerships on DX1’s full suite of products and services
- Identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and set clear expectations
- Consistently log activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Provide weekly updates to management on activity, pipeline health, and progress toward sales goals
- Stay current on DX1’s ancillary products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
