10/15% Travel
This role offers a compensation of approximately $19.23 / hour. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working closely with dealership stakeholders to set up their Dealership Management Software (DMS).
- Prior CRM or DMS experience.
- Previous experience understanding of dealership structures and environments.
- Completion of set-up and conversion tasks for each dealership, documenting each task within our Project Management tool.
- Updating Deployment documentation as needed.
- Proactively identifying errors and working with others to resolve them.
- Providing support to existing customers on requests/issues, accurately documenting all information, and supporting the on-site Implementation Team as needed during installations.
- Learn basic SQL commands and assist with conversion mapping.
- Pride yourself on impeccable attention to detail.

- Are familiar with the fundamental capabilities, principles, and common terminology of software, information systems, technology devices, computerized content, data, and hardware.

- Enjoy working with data and field mapping and understand the basics of relational databases.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in dealing with others.
- Experience with SQL database tables.

- Basic project management skills.
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or have gained equivalent knowledge through previous on-the-job experience.
