JOB SUMMARY

 

Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned monthly metric quotas.  Responsible to recruit, monitor, train and develop a team of Administrative Support Specialists.  Also provides administrative support to sales, service and contract billing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Monitor all Sales Orders to completion
  • Review and post update all unpaid transactions
  • Provide Training and mentoring of assigned personnel
  • Address any A/R issues that arise during transaction processing
  • Respond to customer service questions
  • Support Regional Sales and Service Managers
  • Handle Escalated Requests
  • Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Typically reports to: Regional Administrative Manager
  • Job is directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g. hiring/termination and/pay decisions, performance management). Job title example(s) of employees directly supervised:  Administrative Contract Billing Specialist, Administrative Data Collection Specialist, Administrative Transaction Specialist

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to handle a large volume of work at a fast pace.
  • Ability to lead a team with solid strategic and tactical direction
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, across all levels of the organization as well as customers, vendors and suppliers in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to adapt and lead change
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities while meeting assigned deadlines
  • Must exercise strong decision making
  • Ability to use Microsoft office suite programs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of two years in an administrative supervisory role.

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

  •  Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 25%
  • Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
