Description
JOB SUMMARY |
Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned monthly metric quotas. Responsible to recruit, monitor, train and develop a team of Administrative Support Specialists. Also provides administrative support to sales, service and contract billing. |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Monitor all Sales Orders to completion
- Review and post update all unpaid transactions
- Provide Training and mentoring of assigned personnel
- Address any A/R issues that arise during transaction processing
- Respond to customer service questions
- Support Regional Sales and Service Managers
- Handle Escalated Requests
- Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS |
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to handle a large volume of work at a fast pace.
- Ability to lead a team with solid strategic and tactical direction
- Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, across all levels of the organization as well as customers, vendors and suppliers in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to adapt and lead change
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities while meeting assigned deadlines
- Must exercise strong decision making
- Ability to use Microsoft office suite programs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS |
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of two years in an administrative supervisory role.

WORKING CONDITIONS |
- Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
- Travel requirements: Up to 25%
- Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
