Recruiter – Copier & Office Technology Industry
Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across an assigned geographic territory within the United States, supporting hiring needs specific to the copier, managed print services (MPS), and office technology industry. This role serves as the primary talent acquisition partner for hiring managers within the territory, owning candidate pipelines and hiring execution to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and compliantly.
This is an individual contributor role requiring strong recruiting fundamentals, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for an assigned U.S. territory, supporting roles across sales, service, technical, administrative, and operational functions within the copier and office technology industry
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce priorities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the hiring process
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, referrals, networking, and industry-specific channels
- Manage requisitions and candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support onboarding coordination to ensure a positive candidate and new-hire experience
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Track recruiting activity and metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate flow, and provide updates to hiring managers and HR leadership
- Partner with external recruiting agencies or vendors as needed to support applicant volume
- Participate in recruiting initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Adhere to all safety policies and company procedures
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Relationship Responsibility
- Reports to: Director of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Leader
- No direct management or supervisory responsibility
- Acts as a key recruiting partner to hiring managers within the assigned territory
Job Qualifications / Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to build productive working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Solid interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Results-oriented mindset with attention to quality and compliance
- Ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with HR and business partners
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Education and Experience Requirements
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within the copier, managed print services, office technology, or related B2B technical industries preferred
- Experience owning recruiting responsibilities for a defined geographic territory across the United States
- Experience recruiting for field-based roles such as technicians, sales representatives, or service professionals preferred
- Experience managing and reporting in an Applicant Tracking System
Work Requirements
- Regular business hours with flexibility to support hiring managers across multiple time zones
- Domestic travel up to 20% as needed
- Office-based or hybrid work environment depending on location
