Manager of Master Data & Support
Description
The Master Data Manager & Support is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and governance of Customer Master Data across the organization. This role will lead to the development and enforcement of master data policies, standards, and processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The position will have a dotted-line reporting relationship to both Finance and IT, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration to maintain data consistency across Salesforce, ERP systems, and other platforms. |

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS |

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS |
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. · 5+ years in Master Data Management or Data Governance roles. · Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). · Experience implementing data governance frameworks in large organizations. · Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data management tools (Informatica, SAP MDG, etc.). |
WORKING CONDITIONS |
· Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required. · Travel requirements: Domestic: Up to 20% · Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours. |
