Salary: $79,000-$100,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

You'll be at the forefront of a huge transformation, working with the EveryDollar team to create the best budgeting app on the market. Guided by Ramsey's culture of excellence, ownership, and servant leadership, you'll collaborate on reimagining EveryDollar to empower users in managing their finances. This is a bold, exciting opportunity to drive innovation and shape a product that impacts millions, aligning with Ramsey’s mission to create lasting financial freedom and change lives. Your work will play a key role in the app’s transformation and its future success.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You are a mid-level digital product designer with 3+ years of UX/UI designing and launching mobile products utilizing Figma.
• You have 2+ years of experience within an agency or an in house design team setting.
• You have a highly collaborative skillset with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
• You have a desire to improve and push boundaries to find solutions for the end user.
• You have a portfolio of compelling, engaging digital solutions and an ability to define what makes them successful.

• Drive bold, user-focused design to transform the EveryDollar app into the best budgeting app on the market
• Ask the right questions, uncover key insights, and turn them into intuitive, high-impact designs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and creatives to align vision with business goals
• Stay ahead of industry trends
• Bring fresh ideas that elevate the product
• Create designs that not only look great but solve real problems, engage users, and make EveryDollar the go-to app for budgeting
