What You’d Do in This Role:
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist 2 for our EveryDollar team. This position is going to play a vital role in expanding our reach to others through creating and executing on campaigns meant to meet people where they are at, building the foundation for life change. This person will be at the forefront of pushing our mission forward of bringing hope to everyone in every walk of life through the work that they do.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 3 + years of digital marketing experience, specifically with hands-on campaign management within paid media
- You've worked in paid search and social social advertising
- You're handled ad spend of a minimum of $80K/ month
- You proactive in learning new ad platforms and optimization strategies
- You passionate about doing meaningful work and growing your career in digital advertising
- You enjoy collaborating with others to create great campaigns beginning to end
- You have experience with PPC/SEM, performance marketing, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and managing budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Initiating and leading new marketing strategies, securing stakeholder buy-in, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business goals and present plans to stakeholders, addressing concerns and securing support.
- Conduct both short-term and long-term trend and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Regularly experiment with new tactics, platforms, and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead implementation and execution of marketing initiatives, coordinating with creative, media, and analytics teams for timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on strategy success, adjusting based on feedback and performance metrics to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Utilize analytics tools to track the impact of paid media on other marketing channels.
- Implement processes to measure the downstream effects of marketing activities on customer behavior and revenue.
- Drive and execute the facilitation of cross-channel & cross-BU activities.
- Proactively seek and analyze opportunities for optimization and integration across channels.
- Consult and provide recommendations on lead-generation materials and content for optimal engagement.
- Track and report on collaboration outcomes and their impact on business objectives.
