As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be serving our customers by answering their financial questions in various support channels such as phone, email, or chat.
Team You'll Grow With: 6-person customer service team
What Winning Looks Like:
- Interact with customers via email, phone, chat
- Point customers to the correct resources for their needs
- Record pertinent customer information
- Inform customers of product and/or live event details
- Respond to problems or concerns to the customers’ satisfaction
Skills Needed to Win:
- A Financial Peace graduate or regular listener of The Ramsey Show
- Have the heart of a teacher
- Exemplary communication skills—both written and oral
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent "people skills"
