Salary: $49,700 - $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

The Procurement Team supports every business unit at Ramsey Solutions by handling software requests, purchasing tools, and ensuring team members have the access they need. They work closely with the Legal Team to review new tool requests, assess risks, and provide summaries before approval. They document and improve procurement processes, maintain tool records, and drive efficiency to better serve the entire company.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have experience working in a procurement, customer service or administrative position
• You have used a ticketing system like JIRA to complete tasks
• You are a good communicator and work well independently
• You have experience in back office operations, research and negotiation

What Winning Looks Like:

• Serving our team members through software requests In Jira, purchasing software for new team members, provisioning/purchasing fonts and domains.
• Completing the Initial review of New Tool Requests from team member's prior to moving It to the Procurement Manager
• Procurement request are filled in a timely manner
• All Team members have appropriate access to digital tools/software
