Salary: $50,000 - $65,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in improving the efficiency and impact of our marketing efforts across the company.  You’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology systems, refining processes to enhance campaign execution and establishing guidelines for assets used across all teams.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
• You understand marketing automation platforms and have knowledge in CRM/CDP systems.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• You are highly organized and detail oriented.
• You have knowledge of marketing metrics, KPI’s and data privacy best practices.
• You are an excellent communicator have strong teamwork skills.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Stay current on industry trends and recommend new marketing tools to enhance operations, ensuring teams are trained and ready.
• Lead tool reviews, implementations and trainings.
• Communicate updates and new opportunities.
• Optimize processes, document best practices and maintain governance compliance.
• Ensure data consistency and compliance through tool integrations and governance guidelines.
• Oversee the review, renewal and cancellation of marketing tools for efficiency.
• Ensure marketing practices align with data privacy regulations.
