Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

 

Salary: $75,000-$85,000 year* (includes base and commission).

*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission.

What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients for programs such as RamseyTrusted, Ramsey Education, Ramsey Plus and SmartDollar. This is an excellent position for someone who is an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about our mission and has some experience in B2B and B2C sales.

 

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 2-4 years experience in an inside sales position.
  • You're comfortable using CRM tools similar to Salesforce.
  • You communicate with ease, both written and verbal.
  • You have experience presenting using tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Partner with your leader on individual goals and KPIs that align with the goals of the business
  • Set monthly goals around sales activity and meet consistently
  • Communicate regularly with your book of business via Zoom, phone and email
  • Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM
