We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our world-class technology team!

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Provide world-class technical service to Ramsey team members – responding to Tier I - Tier II service tickets 
  • Work to achieve and uphold service-level expectations 
  • Validate, test, and implement hardware and software upgrades approved for the end-user computer environment 
  • Collaborate with technology team members for sound technical solutions
  • Partner with IT leadership to continually develop IT processes and workflows 
  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical end-users 

Skills Needed to Win: 

  • 2+ years deploying Windows and Mac computers and providing Desktop Support in a mid to large-sized company (1000+ team members)
  • Patience and perseverance is a must
  • Competent troubleshooting advanced technical problems in both Windows OS and Mac OS 
  • Current experience supporting Microsoft 365 suite 
  • A+ or equivalent IT Certifications and familiarity with basic to intermediate networking concepts such as DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP is a plus 

$49,000 - $70,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
