What Winning Looks Like:     

  • Craft and implement a dynamic omni-channel (channel marketing) marketing strategy for FPU, leveraging email, paid media, content marketing, SEO, Adwords (Google Ads), digital advertising, and organic social media.
  • Establish and nurture a robust FPU brand presence within the church marketplace.
  • Inspires and helps team members in prioritizing tasks, fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving, all while surpassing FPU's business goals.
  • Conduct customer interviews and leverage cutting-edge data exploration tools, such as Segment, to inform and optimize digital marketing efforts.
  • Implement data-driven analytics to regularly evaluate the marketing performance metrics, ensuring alignment with set goals for lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment using Google Analytics/GA and other data reporting platforms
  • Leverage customer personas derived from research to inform targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring a deep understanding of the audience and their needs.
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with stakeholders, providing detailed and insightful reports on marketing squad performance, achievements, and upcoming initiatives. 
    

Skills Needed to Win:     

  • 2+ years of performance marketing experience, demonstrating your adeptness in analyzing marketing funnels and identifying areas for enhancement
  • Showcase strong organizational skills, efficiently managing multiple initiatives simultaneously to ensure optimal efficiency and successful campaign execution.
  • This is a B2B business unit. B2B experience is preferred, but not required.
    
$53,700 - $82,500/year* + profit sharing + benefits
