The Senior Director of Marketing will provide leadership within the Marketing team that
supports RamseyTrusted Protections. We are looking for an experienced marketing leader who
knows how to leverage Performance Marketing to drive sustainable business growth. The Senior
Director of Marketing will implement and manage both online and offline marketing programs
that will enable the business to meet consumer acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall goal
achievement. He/She will build strategies and oversee optimization and measurement of
consumer acquisition, cross-sell initiatives, and remarketing in order to deliver incremental sales,
and enable consumer loyalty.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of 12 that will develop omni-channel digital strategies to
support the growth of Protections and also lead the efforts in the utilization of data-driven
methodology, analyses, and measurement in order to improve the effectiveness of all marketing

What Winning Looks Like:
• Oversee all marketing initiatives, strategy and execution for the Protections business.
• Drive the overall B2B and B2C marketing funnels.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization, building a culture of
innovation and data driven experimentation.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to inform future
marketing decisions and make quick decisions to pivot when needed.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative feedback data and analysis to establish credibility for
new products/content in the marketplace.
• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns across various channels, including
paid search, social media and email marketing. Plus, proactively identify opportunities to
connect fans to the next right Ramsey experience.
• Commit to industry standards and is recognized as an expert in the marketing industry.
• Ensure that the company’s values and purpose are at the forefront in all we do.
• Provide leadership to the Organization, carrying a strong presence with the executive
team and taking a collaborative approach with the executive leaders to drive key
consumer marketing initiatives. Knows when to be firm and when to be flexible. Able to
hold multiple perspectives and find win-win solutions.
• Empower your team to identify opportunities and help remove blockers that hinder
• Lead with a servant leadership style, creating a trusting environment. Provides vision,
strategy and clarity to the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in performance and omni-channel marketing with a focus
on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Has executive-level digital marketing experience leading a multimillion-dollar national brand
with a strong understanding of digital media, customers, and competitors in order to target
needs and drive sales.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing
strategies that drive ROI.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making; has deep
experience with context switching.
• Confidence presenting to senior-level executives and clients.
• Experience leading and growing a marketing team.
• An individual with exceptional presence, emotional maturity and a proven track record of
delivering results.
• Always in tune with the “pulse” or the organization; a demonstrated track record of
influencing, listening, building trust and affecting change.
